Dustin Goldstein
Dustin Goldstein is a Senior Vice President and Division Sales Manager responsible for the Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions national treasury management sales team at U.S. Bank. He leads a 40-person division charged with marketing and delivering solutions to enhance corporate Working Capital for Fortune 1000 entities. Dustin has over 24 years of global treasury management sales and sales management experience. He joined U.S. Bank in 2014 from RBS Citizens, where he managed the Midwest Sales Team for their Treasury Solutions division. Prior to RBS Citizens, Dustin has held sales and sales leadership roles at Fifth Third, ABN AMRO and HSBC. Dustin also spent five years of his career based in Madrid, Spain, managing the Southern European sub-region for HSBC and ABN AMRO’s Global Transaction Banking business.

Dustin holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bryant University in Rhode Island and is now pursuing a Professional MBA with Bryant as well. He regularly mentors students and guest-lectures classes at Bryant, and recently served a term as the President of the University’s Alumni Association.

Dustin also holds his Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification since 1998 from the Association for Financial Professionals, and the Certificate in International Cash Management (Cert ICM) since 2001 from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in London. Dustin is a dual citizen (Spain-US) and speaks fluent Spanish.

is Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager responsible for the Large Corporate Automotive, Transportation, Technology and Media verticals at U.S. Bank. Shari is a versatile business driver leveraging sales strategies, people performance and unique programs to achieve aggressive profit and revenue goals in the financial services industry. She has earned an outstanding track record in starting and directing new organizations, launching new products and delivering maximum revenue for world-class entities: LaSalle Bank, Bank of America and Huntington National Bank.

She has organized and executed critical programs and initiatives that increased revenue, expanded market position and ensured peak customer satisfaction. Shari has deployed deep expertise in new business development, territory management, account retention and proposal generation.

Her success in senior sales management roles arises from forming, building and retaining high-performance teams dedicated to achieving sustainable business growth, improving market position and executing collaborative solutions that keep the customer delighted and fully engaged.

Melissa Engram
is a Vice President and Treasury Management Consultant at U.S. Bank, responsible for covering the Global Industrials vertical in the Central Midwest. Melissa has ensured that growth-oriented companies across a of variety of industries have access to sophisticated Treasury Management services to meet their diverse needs, from the dispersion and collection of funds to provision of security and investments.

She is a seasoned banking professional, with a depth of experience in risk and fraud mitigation.
